Date: Saturday December 7th, 10am – 5pm

Tuition: $210 + $15 Materials Fee (tax included in materials price)

Basics and above: Some soldering skills are encouraged

What will you Learn?

This hands-on class is all about mastering soldering techniques! Using base metals allows students to practice freely without the pressure of working with precious materials. Students are encouraged to push the limits and even melt the metal to understand how far it can go! The main goal is to help you feel confident in any soldering situation. You’ll also learn how to keep your soldering clean to avoid extra cleanup. Agnes will give you tool you didn’t even know you needed to make soldering a breeze.

It’s all about learning—no need to worry about making a finished piece. And if you have a project you would like soldering help with, bring it with you!

Soldering is one of the foundational skills in metalsmithing, If you’d like to learn other foundational skills, I’d try out our benchwork basics course!

Cancellation Policy

8 or more days before the start of the class:
Full tuition credit or a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.
Kit fees are non-refundable, however, you are welcome to pick up your kit within 14 days of the class.
Tuition credit must be used within six months of your original class date.

7 to 4 days before the start of the class:
40% credit minus a $15 cancellation fee.
Kit fees are non-refundable, however, you are welcome to pick up your kit within 14 days of the class.

Within 3 days:
No refund, no credit. Pick up your kit within 14 days.

No Show = no credit, no refund
