What you’ll make in the class
Creating a stone setting in wax can be confusing! The goal of this class is for you to bring in a stone or buy one from our stone library and learn how to create a simple setting in wax, over the first 2 sessions. After the wax model is cast in the 2nd 2 sessions of the class you will learn how to clean sprues, polish your piece, and set your stone.
Please keep stones larger than 4 mm and no larger than 6 cm. WE ARE NOT CASTING IN PLACE!
