Making your Lighter Covers
This course consists of two 4 hour sessions. In the first session you will learn some basic wax working. Using a variety of different wax tools to create a unique one-of-a-kind cover for your favorite lighter (any kind of lighter is acceptable). After the lighter is cast separately, in the second session she will show basic sprue clean up and finishing techniques. Bronze will be included in the course, if you’re looking for silver we have some available for purchase (this is marked up by 30% of market value) or you can bring your own casting grain, we guesstimate you will need quite a bit for this project, at least 2 troy oz.
