Class Cancellations

8+ days before the class start date

A full tuition credit valid for 6 months from your original class date, or

A full refund, minus a processing fee (3% or $15, whichever is greater)

7–4 days before the class start date

50% tuition refund

Within 3 days of the class

No refunds or credits available

Class Transfers

8+ days before the class

One free transfer per class

Credit must be used within 6 months

Within 7 days of the class

Transfers are subject to a processing fee (3% or $15, whichever is greater)

Social Classes & Guided Studio Classes

(Examples: Wax Workshop, Guided Studio)

Cancellations receive a 6-month credit toward the same type of social class

No refunds or credits for missed classes
